What actually lands

Not a wall of raw text. Every page arrives formatted: who the call was with, when, on what number, the short summary, the action items and dates, then the transcript with each speaker marked. Searchable in OneNote from the moment it lands, on your desktop, your phone and the web.

  • Titled for you. The caller's name and the date and time, so the page list reads like a diary.
  • Action items as to-do boxes. Tick them off in OneNote like any other note.
  • Dates and meetings tagged the way OneNote expects, so they surface where you'd look for them.
  • A link back to Green Weka at the foot of the page, for the recording and the rest of the detail.

Green Weka can add pages. It cannot read your notebooks.

The connection uses Microsoft's create-only permission. Green Weka can put new pages into the notebook you nominate, and that is all it can do: it cannot open, edit or delete a single note you already have. You'll be taken to Microsoft to log in.

Log in with your Microsoft account

Personal or work account, both work. Standard OAuth. Your password stays with Microsoft; we never see it.

Approve access

The only permission asked for is the one that lets Green Weka create pages. It gives no ability to read, change or delete what's already in your notebooks.
